Z Fold cards consists of a folded insert sheet that is adhered to a pair of round cornered front and back covers. The insert is printed double sided in colour on 80gsm white bond. The covers are printed single sided on 350gsm card with a UV gloss varnish as standard.
SPECIALS
Special cover finishes, such as lamination, spot varnish and foiling; as well as insert material options (such as 90gsm silk or gloss papers), are available upon request.

Z Fold cards are available in three sizes:
• Credit card (cover: 85mm x 54mm)
• Super (cover: 108mm x 78mm)
• Mega (cover: 145mm x 120mm)
PANELS
A wide range of panel options is available. Z fold cards are denoted by the number of panels across (which can be from four to twelve); the standard number of panels down is three.
Our most popular formats are our six panel (6 x 3) and eight panel (8 x 3) shown below.
We use the latest digital and litho print technology to enable us to produce any quantity from 250 copies to one million copies, fast and competitively priced.
